Ms. McCluan assists health care professionals with a variety of contracting, compliance, and regulatory matters, including employment contract review, nurse practitioner collaborative agreements, physician assistant supervision agreements, and scope of practice concerns. 

Attorney McCluan works with health care providers to ensure compliance with state and federal health care privacy laws, specifically HIPAA and the HITECH Act.  She helps providers and small practices respond to HIPAA privacy breaches and investigations, both internal and before the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights (OCR).
